Ictiva: Fitness online para ponerte en forma desde casa

Hola a tod@s!!
En multitud de ocasiones me habéis preguntado que hago para cuidarme y/o recuperarme después del embarazo.  La verdad que no hago dieta, pero sí intento cuidar un poco lo que como y tener cuidado con los excesos. No tengo tiempo de ir al gimnasio así que he encontrado una alternativa genial para poder hacer algo de ejercicio aprovechando los ratos que tengo y sin tener que moverme de casa: ICTIVA.




Y os preguntaréis... ¿qué es ictiva? Pues Ictiva es una plataforma de gimnasio online para toda la familia. Se puede acceder a ella en el momento que te venga bien (está disponible 24 horas al día, los 365 días del año).
En esta plataforma hay 21 salas de entrenamiento adaptadas a las diferentes edades, gustos, condición física... Dispone de más de 800 videosesiones  para ponerte en forma desde casa. Todos los monitores que imparten las clases son profesionales cualificados que te guían y ayudan, pudiendo realizar con ellos los ejercicios a tiempo real. Algunas de sus salas de ejercicio son:
- Aerobic en casa.
- Gimnasio Hipopresiva.
- Mamás, bebés y niñ@s.
- Yoga.
- Pilates
- Estiramientos y relajación.
- ...
A lo mejor pensáis que ir al gimnasio es más motivador, pero en esta plataforma han pensado en todo y es que Motivator, te animará y motivará en todo momento para que sigas adelante. Sumas puntos, ganas medallas, subes puestos en el ranking y  pudiendo llegar así a ganar magníficos regalos cada mes.
También cuentas con un apartado personal llamado Mi Taquilla, donde se guardan los días que te conectas, las clases que realizas, las calorías consumidas en cada sesión... 

Por otro lado, explicaros que cuentan con diferentes planes de entrenamiento, con distintos objetivos marcados. Los que más me han gustado son:
El plan de entrenamiento  Tone  Up (Basado en la tonificación del sistema muscular)
El plan de entrenamiento  Lose Weight (Para aquell@s que quieren perder peso)
El plan de entrenamiento  Wellness (Cuidar tu bienestar)
El plan de entrenamiento  6 pack (Para fortalecer y quemar la grasa del abdomen)
Además, cada plan de entrenamiento está acompañado de una dieta correspondiente que te acompaña durante todos los días de tu entrenamiento.
Personalmente la sala mamás, bebés y niñ@s me encanta. De hecho, empecé a hacer ejercicio en esta sala con la Gimnasia Post-parto. Me hubiese encantado haber conocido antes esta plataforma ya que hay multitud de ejercicio Pre-parto. En esta sala también he podido encontrar cómo dar masajes afectivos para Jorge, cómo acostumbrarlo al entorno acuático, masajes terapéuticos....
Al principio me preocupaba no poder llevar el ritmo, pero la verdad que disponen de 5 niveles de dificultad para adaptarse a cualquier forma física. Todos los videos están clasificados por niveles que van del 1 al 5. Estos niveles están basados en el cómputo global de la dificultad técnica de los ejercicios que se realizan en la sesión y también tienen en cuenta el esfuerzo físico que hay que realizar para poder seguir la clase. De esta manera, los niveles 1 y 2 serían para gente que empieza a hacer ejercicio, el nivel 3 y 4 serían para un nivel medio y el nivel 5 de dificultad que sería para una persona con un nivel más avanzado.
